Utility Bill Validation
Energy invoices to most people are extremely complicated, with lots of different rate structures, adjustments and various charges along with the fact they are often late and inaccurate. Let us take away the headache away for you Synergy uses a bespoke system which validates invoices that ensures that you are not charged incorrectly. If any error are identified we immediately contact the supplier in question to get the error rectified immediately and the client re invoiced correctly and reimbursed any anomalies.
Retrospective Audits
Synergy focuses on non-commodity elements of charges such as distribution costs, transmission costs, and environmental taxes. The Audit covers the last 6 years of settled invoices as per the statute of limitations.
We work on a share of savings basis meaning that this is a no risk service to the client and no impact on current supply agreements. There is very little time or involvement required by the client as in the majority of information is obtained directly from the suppliers to do this all we require is the following:
- A standard Letter of Authoity (LoA)
- Site/Meter List
- Signed Agreement
Synergy Audit covers Electricity, Gas and Water the electricity criteria is Half Hourly and an expenditure of £250,000 - £500,000.
